Purple Pug like happy customers. Gifts can be returned to us by emailing for further instructions. Gifts must be returned in a resalable condition for a refund to be issued. We ask you to return the item via a delivery method which requires signature on receipt. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post. You will be responsible for paying the return postage. A refund will be processed within 14 working days of us receiving the returned item

We do not offer refunds on Greeting Cards as cards are printed on order

Should a Gift or Greeting Card receive damage in the post, you must inform us within 24 hours of taking delivery by emailing We will reply with further instructions on how to return the damaged item(s). Purple Pug will pay the return postage in this circumstance

By completing an order you are agreeing to purchase the items contained within your completed order. Once you have completed your order we will take payment via your chosen payment method. By completing your order, you are confirming the details entered are correct, the payment method belongs to you, and you have sufficient funds to cover the cost of the order

We have the right to cancel your order and will reverse the payment in this circumstance. There are limited circumstances in which we would use our right to cancel your order

Once an order is completed it cannot be amended or cancelled


At the present time our products are only available within the United Kingdom

We will use all reasonable endeavours to dispatch all orders received prior to 4.00pm, on Monday to Friday’s, on the same day. Orders received after 4.00pm, on Monday to Thursday’s, will be dispatched the following day. Orders received after 4.00pm on Friday’s, will be dispatched on the following Monday

Purple Pug and the chosen delivery service provider cannot be held responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions, fire, flooding, accidents, traffic, riots, terrorism, acts or God, or industrial action

Should you choose for Purple Pug to personalise the inside of your chosen Greeting Card, We will match the font of your messages to your chosen Greeting Cards standard centre message. Size and justification of your messages will be chosen by Purple Pug depending on length of your message.

We will not correct spelling and grammar. We will presume where you have and haven’t used capital letters is correct for print
